Confira a caixa de spam. Na tela de confirmação, toque em Enviar o link de novo. Se o e-mail estiver errado, toque em Usar outra conta e cadastre de novo.
Esqueci minha senha
Na tela de login, toque em Esqueci minha senha e siga o link que chega por e-mail.
A tradução saiu errada ou incompleta
Selecione uma área menor, só com o balão ou a caixa de texto, e rode o OCR de novo. Texto muito pequeno, inclinado ou sobre desenho carregado atrapalha o reconhecimento. Você também pode editar a tradução tocando no bloco.
Como mudar o idioma da tradução
Em Ajustes › Idioma da tradução. O idioma dos menus é escolhido separadamente, em Idioma da interface.
Como cancelar o Premium
A assinatura é gerenciada pela Apple: no iPhone, vá em Ajustes › seu nome › Assinaturas › Komii. Excluir a conta do Komii não cancela a assinatura.
Como excluir minha conta
No app, em Ajustes › Conta › Excluir conta. Veja o que é apagado na Política de Privacidade.

Frequently asked questions
I didn't get the confirmation email
Check your spam folder. On the confirmation screen, tap Send the link again. If the email is wrong, tap Use another account and sign up again.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot my password and follow the link we email you.
The translation is wrong or incomplete
Select a smaller area, just the speech bubble or text box, and run OCR again. Very small, slanted or busy text makes recognition harder. You can also edit a translation by tapping its block.
How to change the translation language
In Settings › Translation language. The menu language is chosen separately, in Interface language.
How to cancel Premium
Apple manages the subscription: on your iPhone, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Komii. Deleting your Komii account does not cancel the subscription.
How to delete my account
In the app, go to Settings › Account › Delete account. See what is deleted in the Privacy Policy.
